Too bad. As stated in the rules, registration closed on 01 Aug 03. There will be no exceptions made. If your registration fee was not received or postmarked by that date, you are not registered to race, and will not get a t-shirt, start card, or anything. Don't come to me with ANY excuses, I will not make exceptions, no matter how reasonable or pitiable they may be.
